Game Crashing!

I don't know any active forumer with a WP that could solve your issue, however, some insight as to what phone you have may help us, despite our limited knowledge of the Windows Phone.
 
Try reinstalling the game, if that doesn't fix it, the phone itself may be the issue. If the phone may be acting up, try a reboot (hold volume down and power button together for 15 seconds) If that doesn't fix it, wait for the update, the bugs may be fixed. If all of the above fail, then there's nothing to be done, I hope this helps :)

Remember, this forum is completely fan-made which means we cannot fix it and plus, there are no real admin and mod of PG3D. If you wish to complaint, then please you must go on official forum of Rilisoft's, we're not the fault to made this,
 
Maybe because I try it all. I reboot my phone. And btw I lost my progress in my other games because of rebooting my phone. And why it was not saved? Because the game can't saved its own progression's. That's why I disagree to your posts. And why don't the game management just fixed it. This is their game! And this is their priority!

Perhaps you just need a new device? Or maybe your device isn't supported... I dunno to be honest...but that may be it...

We may have problems with PG3D too, but we just have to stick with it, until new update of bugs fixed, so at least there won't be no more lags... No OP weapons.

With all due respect, the developers practically abandoned this forum a while back for PGW. They most likely will end up fixing it in an update (if that does happen).

Also, I simply asked what model of Windows Phone you had. I did not say I had a solution, I simply said if we knew the model that might give us better insight as to what the cause may be. Worst case scenario, the phone's hardware is simply too old (or too low-spec) to run it.
 
Btw I try to complain in Rilisoft forum but there's no reply at all. I think they don't care about my Problem Issue or they are just Scumbags!
 
Rilisoft has a lot of customers...it takes them a while to get to a person...just be patient they will get to you...if not then try again...
