The only way to get gems without buying them is to level up. The problem is that many of us are already on level 20+ and can't get so many gems like a level 5 player for example. Sigh....premium items just ruin every game.

Version 9.0.1 was released recently and now there is a new way to get gems. You are now able to get other stuff from the daily bonus than just coins like potions of invisibility, jetpacks, turrets, mechs, gems and coins of course.

No, just coins, gems, potions of invisibility, jetpacks, turrets and mechs. You get a potion of invisibility, a jetpack, a turret or a mech once a week in the daily bonus btw.

Those rewards are terrible, clearly only paying customers will ever be able to afford the gem items. They should have made tournaments where a high placing earns gems and medals, then have the gems unlock unique items that show elite status but aren't OP. It's so unbalanced right now, even if I had infinite gems this game would be boring as there is no longer any real challenge in it.

For the update 9.0.1 (if I am correct) actually adds more advanced items in the game and a new type of currency.
For players that have worked their knowledge off the game should be given a start off of the new update at least an average amount of gems given to the player. That way the low players and the high players could be a bit balanced in overpowering others since its not fair. I have requested this to the Review Team. I hope that they could understand.
But seriously, overpowered mechs and jetpacks? Could they at least understand the balance of playing this game and preventing problems such as spawn kill. I also noticed plenty of under aged players are playing this game. We are also able to even say inappropriate language even though when you say it, it says '***'. ( Im not a hater though.)
I believe we have plenty of complaints about the new update. But I decide to play it anyways. You can't change their mind anyway.

I've heard about the new update. Gems currency? NO! Gems just simply ruin the game. This game already is unbalanced at the same time. Still remember 8.3.0 that they said "to make the game much more balanced"? I don't really believe it. So the dual revolvers are like....umm....you can get those for like, 1 year.
Mechs. They spoil the gameplay like, too much, I could say 203%. Turrets. They are like the piece of death. I simply don't like that anymore. Jetpacks. How would you get them while they are flying? That's too powerful, OP, and unbalanced.
So, with these things, how can we ask Rilisoft to make it a better, balanced, and exciting game?
1st Scenario: Remove the gem currency, remove mechs, jetpacks, and turrets. Lower the OP guns (13-20) by 1-2.
2nd Scenario: Make gem farming much easier. Remove mechs, jetpacks, and turrets. Remove all OP boots, helmets, and capes.

Rilisoft will not remove anything they have added to the game, they will only modify it.
Never have they removed any content from the game.

You should get that cough checked.
The Hells Castle is still readily available through Singleplayer campaign. If you read my statement correctly, I never said anything about removing certain content from certain modes.
