Good acount gets blocked from multiplayer for no reason

I started one day the newest update for ios. And my good account wouldnt play multiplayer at all. It could open the menu to multiplayer but cannot play.
When i press play on a map in any type of mode it says "Your Account was Blocked" its so unfair cant believe they did this for no reason. Wow

You must have done some pretty shady things to get banned.
May have just been reported from four too many nine-year olds.
Either Jailbroken Ipad Aboose for infinite coins,
Some Über swearing, or.. Err.. I dunno.

So you say that everybody who has a jail broken device is automatically a cheater? I have a jail broken device, but i use it for other stuff and i didn't get blocked from multiplayer...o_O
 
I know someone who was banned by mistake and they contacted Rilisoft for support. The team said the account would be unblocked the next day and for that person it was unblocked again. So if you believe you done nothing wrong try contacting them

Hey bro mind telling me where to find rilisoft support T-T I had a lot of trouble finding this place and still not making any progress with my problems :confused:
