HELP!!

Hi everyone,
I am a level 22 android user. I play the game on a samsung galaxy s5 and it would occasionally crash but I was always able to fix the crashing by restarting my phone. For some reason however, now the crashing is extremely often and impossible to fix. it will typically crash 3-30 seconds after I enter the game no matter what I try doing (restarting, clearing cache, ram.. etc) What I haven't tried is uninstalling then reinstalling the app using google play games to back up my data. I was originally planning to do this, but not wanting to risk it I installed PG3D on another device and used google play games to backup there. Unfortunately on all other devices I have attempted backing up my data on, at are level 22 with 5 exp/400 (my samsung galaxy s5 account is 355/400) also, every time I back up my account it is missing two weapons, the shotgun pistol and the gas cannon (both of which are pretty expensive,165 gems and 130 coins respectively) the third thing the backed up accounts are missing is my currency, which resets to zero which is the worst of all because I have 150 coins and 448 gems on my samsung galaxy account. The only option I can think of is waiting until the next update and just hoping updating fixes it, but I would love to know if you guys have any ideas on how to fix my problem.

So restarts aren't working, I'd say the best thing is to wait for an update. However, other users may have a better insight into this issue as I myself am not very familiar with Android devices.

i think someone else might have the same problem as yours (@ D o n u t), but i this is mainly Rilisoft's fault

Possibly you downloaded the leaked APK files of PG3D, I think.

This could be a possibility, but I am an experienced player and have had many previous accounts. I am pretty much 100% sure I downloaded the correct/official version. I've had crashing similar to this on all of my accounts/devices, but it was never this bad and I was always able to fix it. Right now I just have fingers crossed update will fix it.

I talked to D o n u t, we have different problems but same as in we don't know how to fix them. I just have to hope the update fixes them I guess.

If you downloaded the game from the Play Store, then it is 100% legitimate.

Yeah I did. I am considering getting an apk to see if my data will be properly backed up, but I really doubt it as I have tried different android devices-emulators and none have had my correct save data.

If you have a root, download Titanium Backup, backup your PG3D save data, then try uninstalling and reinstalling. If it works, then restore the data from your backup and you should be good.

Wow thanks! My phone is like half rooted (hard to explain, I can't do that but I have other rooted features regarding data services) but I have a rooted emulator on my laptop I think I will try that thx ;)
