How can I open the game?

I am so frustrated. I have been playing PIXEL GUN 3D since the summer. A few weeks ago I purchased 20 dollars worth of coins. When I went to open the game it stopped and will not allow me in the game. I tried to e-mail tech support and it said the address is no longer valid. Help! Can I call someone?

Sorry man, all we can really do is wait until a patch. DONT delete the app as you will not have your skins and stuff anymore. What device do you have? If it's iOS then it's most likely to be fixed first. You just have to be patient.
