how can I recover

hello guys. I have some question to you. How can I recover my past account in pixel gun 3d??

I am not familiar with the iOS system, but currently there is no backup for Android devices.
Pixel Gun 3D is not entirely server-sided, so there is no way the game can save you're progress on their server.
You can only safe you're game data on you're device, but if you uninstall, get a new phone, or reset you're device, all Pixel Gun 3D data is removed.
 
If you're on iOS you simply redownload the game, unless you've restored your device, in which case if you have a backup (a computer backup, like you actually backed your device up to iTunes, not just iCloud), then you could restore from that backup. Android I believe RiliSoft says your progress should stay if you redownload the game. Amazon and Windows, not a clue, although I would think Amazon and Android would be similar. What sort of device do you use, if I may ask?
