Infected gamemode

Could an infected gamemode be possible. There would be one randomly chosen initial zombie and he would have to kill the survivors who are armed with a shotgun and a pistol. The zombies would have some sort of melee weapon like a knife. The initial zombie would be faster and stronger so he would have a chance to kill the survivors. Each time a survivor dies they become a zombie until there are none left. The person who survives the longest wins.

I don't think so, you are probably thinking of survival. In this gamemode the zombies would be other players.

Thats exactly what happens in Block Force. One player is a zombie while the rest are survivors.

Haven't played block force sorry, but a lot of games do have a mode similar to this, block force was certainly not the first, and the name could be changed for this game if need be.

I would tell everyone to stay tuned for news about pixel gun world, from all the things I've read so far, it seems like it's going to be absolutely epic and will include a lot of these ideas that have been asked for but not yet made it into the game. I would encourage you guys to volunteer as beta testers to see what exactly Rilisoft has been working on.

Rilisoft has said that they will release the website information where beta testing volunteers can register very shortly. I would be attentive to any news they put out because I'd expect a lot of interest in this from many people. It would be nice if they announced the details here on the forums before the Facebook announcement but I'm not exactly sure when or where they intend to release this information.

Infected sounds great, but I think that everybody would be spawning turrets then camping out in one spot the whole time.
