Is PG3D support email monitored?

I've recently sent in a ton of emails to rilisoft website and PG3D support. None of which have been responded to. How are we even supposed to get proper support from them? Do they even acknowlege what people ask them?

Yeah the chance of them responding is so slim that you're probably more likely to get a Vending machine to fall on you and kill you.
