Issues buying coins...

I'm not entirely sure if this has happened to anyone else but I had 1,093 coins that I have rightfully earned from survival and some T.D.M so I when to go buy 500 coins and I clicked buy nothing poped up looking for my card anything and all my coins dissapeared if my case may be reviewed by I.N.G administrators i'd greatly appreciate it, Thank you.
 
What type of phone do you have? Also, do you use any app that blocks ads? If you do, the app thinks you are hacking......
 
Well I updated google on my apple I phone to gate rid of adds so I'm not sure if that is the reason on why it would make my coins dissapear as I lost no in real life cash cause the buying section did not even open for me so all I'm missing is my 1,093 coins all help is appreciated.
