"Look away kill" Graphic bug

I think the game will have to fix a bug, not too deadly but it can be frustrating.
Windows phone 10.
It's when I'm going around and killing people, when some guy comes along starts shooting and kills me. Catch? He wasn't looking directly at me.
I know he had his crosshairs on me, but his gun said otherwise, as his gun was pointing away from me (He was facing in my direction, just not directly at me). I do not think it was splash damage as the bullets were flying away but I'm still taking damage.
Again, not too serious but it looks pretty stupid when someone isn't facing you directly and your still taking damage

Most probably due to lag. I have a Windows phone too, it's a minor issue that occurs. Either your phone's performance is low or your internet connection is pretty bad, a bit of both in my case.
