Here we go, the rant that no one asked for!
Am I the only one who rolls their eyes when they see someone reply to a spambot's thread? I know I do. It is completely unnecessary. Most of these comments are witty comments, something like "I believe you're on the wrong site, pal! Hurhur!" which roughly translates from Idiot to "lol guise lets go for a likefish huehuehue i have crippling heliophobia"
Seriously, no one cares! Even if you do get a like or two, it will just be erased, along with the thread. So what now? Are you proud of yourself for mildly impressing a complete stranger online with a sort of witty comment? Would you like a medal or a showbag?
I doubt anyone agrees with me eye-to-eye here, but this is something that I had to get off my chest.

Since we're in the feedback forums, I'll give a suggestion. On my other mother forum, the Squidboards, they have a process where a new member's first three posts must be approved by a moderator. This process has worked very well on the Squidboards, and I don't see why it can't here, especially since the Squidboards runs on a Xenforo engine, just like these forums.
