Pray for Glasgow.

A Silent, Solo Individual
So at about 2:30 p.m today (22/12/2014) at George Square, Glasgow, there had been a serious accident where a bin lorry driver had lost control of his vehicle, and the lorry had driven up a street while on the pavement and then crashed into a hotel. About 6 people have been reported dead and 7 severely injured. This is something that has very badly affected a lot of people in Glasgow, even those around the whole of the UK. It's scary because I live around 18 miles away from where it happened, and it's a place where I sometimes pop over to every now and then after college. I just want to give my sincere condolences to those who've been badly affected by this tragedy and to those who have lost loved ones. Also, I'd like to hear your thoughts on the matter.

My best wishes go to those who were hurt, both physically and emotionally. I give my regards to the families of the deceased and hope that they can recover from the said tragedy.
Thank you very much for your sympathy Rude. I greatly appreciate it.

Those poor souls,to have such tragedy near a cheerful holiday. The people involved in this accident will definitely be in my prayers Gav.
I hope that those who were injured may recover and that those who lost their loved ones will still be able to smile this Christmas.
Aye, I'm on the same boat with the rest. I do hope the injured are healed in time to celebrate Christmas, and I pray for the loved ones who died in that awful accident. May they hopefully be in a better place.
Thank you all for your deepest concern. I really appreciate it all.

Tragedy has been striking many times in recent times, the recent Sydney Siege, where a gunman held around thirty people hostage in a Lindt shop, two people dead and four seriously injured. The also quite recent Cairns Massacre which left eight children between the age of two and sixteen dead, and now this happened...

Hopefully, the world will become a slightly better place in the new year, even though the northern reigion of Australia is now entering it's Cyclone Season, so hopefully no one will be killed during the season.

I send my dear condolences to the families of those injured and those dead. A dear tragedy like this is not something people would want right before Christmas, it should be a time to celebrate, not a time to be planning funerals.
