Premium mode bug in iPad Air

When i go into the story mode and i finish a level i get no coins with the premiun mode, but without the premiun mode i can get it

But i passed it like 3 times with no premium mode and i got coins

That's why you get no coins, you only get coins the first time you complete a campaign map
