Primary Weapon Lag Fix?

Hey guys, I thought I'd share a fix for primary weapon lag that worked for me. It's simple, really. You just turn off Rec. Buttons in Settings. The problem is, it doesn't seem to work all the time. This worked amazingly on my Retina iPad mini, but not on a 1st-generation iPad mini.

Oh, and is anyone else seeing the loading times for team battle dramatically reduced? Since last night battles seem to load up pretty much as quickly as it did in 7.1.0.

Maybe IRec problem or iOs 8.0.2 ?

im getting lag with my primary weapon as well and that does work for me thanks but for some weird reason sometimes it struggles to even load up the game and I have to restart my device frequently I'm on iPad 4

It kinda worked for my first gen iPad mini but still lags just not as laggy as before,I thank you for that strategy
