Question regarding tournament rewards

Hey, first I am sorry if I posted this in wrong section.
This week I was in top100 players in the tournament and today my trophies resetand I didn't get any reward (I should get honor egg & 50 gems). I'm pretty new in this game and I would like to know if I have to contact anyone regarding the reward I should get because I didn't receive any. I'm not sure how this system works, so please, be kind.

As for your question I do not know much on how the tournament system in PG3D. But as for trying to contact someone you're not going to get anywhere with that. This is a fan made forum so we are not able to do anything about it. Rilisoft used to be apart of this forums but they haven't been on in ages. You could try contacting them by Facebook, email, or Twitter but it's more than likely that they will not respond.
