Spoiler tags

Hey guys, this has been an issue that's been bothering me since users here started posting screenshots and the like:

Where are the spoiler tags!?

Every other forum community I've been to has the BBCode for spoilers. For those who don't know, spoilers are little tags that help hide parts of a user's post, condensing the size of their post dramatically, and allowing for a more streamlined look to threads.

An example of what they look like:

It would make posting images here look less like spam in my opinion. Please add these, VashX!

Yes we need these , messsage Vash about them if you have not already .

Programming a feature in does not cost money, but rather time if you don't know the inner workings of the software properly.

Anyways, I'd love for you guys to request this to Vash, it would help clean the forum space some more.

That's my guess. He's on daily, however he's never on when we're on. I suppose the fact could lie in that he hosts two forums in fact. He also hosts the Avabel forums (which have way more members and is much more active than this one), so it makes sense he'd be more active on the forum he made first, than the one he made later.

That, or he just doesn't hop on much since I'm such an active Moderator. :smile:

The forum is most likely coded in PHP, as it's a common language for forum boards. Anyways, you couldn't do it unless you had admin/owner privileges on here, Neon.
 
Unfortunately due to the mass chaos with event planning and the like, I haven't exactly had time to request the idea again. I do hope to however get the feature added soon.
