Storm Hammer isn't working properly

I love the hammer, I really do, but this just doesn't seem right. So, on Co-op survival, we fight many different zombies. Some are weaker than others, and I understand that. What I DONT understand, is why it takes FOUR yes 4 hammer hits to kill this 2 headed guy, and just one from the proto:image.jpg

The Prototype Up-1 Which I use has Lethality: 16 This guy is dead with one shot.
The Storm Hammer has a Lethality of 27 WOW but it takes 4 hits to kill this zombie.

Last time I checked 27>16 so what the heck....can this be fixed lol He should be dead with one hit of THORS HAMMER!
 
My theory is that the prototype does damage over time, when the bullet hits a person, it counts 16 a certain number of times depending on how long the person stood there. Thus if you walk into a shot from the prototype you will die (actually happens in game). Also a possible theory to why the laser doesn't disappear immediately
 
Then the hammer is weak overall if it takes 4 hits to kill a zombie!

Here is my theory: Hammer divides its damage. Same with area damage items. Phonton shotgun can kill one shot some people if ALL of the bullets hit in the head. If you hit on the side the same person can survive. Other factors announce the damage. Headshots and armor can change its damage. The two-headed zombie has more armor than the injured zombie. Its because area effect. If the zombie hit all the sparks then it would have done full.

Is this the answer to why I take minimal damage to the storm hammer from far away?
 
It really sucks when I loose one armor plate and I'm like "wut..." Then I turn around and there is a storm hammer running at me and I'm like "NO..NOOO" I try to out run it but it doesn't work :pensive:

Change your weapon to a melee or high-mobility gun and buy some boots or hats that make you run faster and try to be beneath it or above it.

The laser doesn't ever disappear. It appears to disappear because theres a view distance. And what about sniping a moving person. The moving person wont stay there a long time and the laser is just a mere graphic. Just like a comet's tale.

If the laser didn't disappear, and kept going, it would crash the game. Thus if the laser kept going and never stopped then things that didn't need to be loaded would load causing lag.

This "Laser" travels at the speed of light. So if it even does go on forever, it would move so fast you wouldn't see it

That's why you use the mega destroyer.

Then the hammer is weak overall if it takes 4 hits to kill a zombie!

A zombie isn't living,so electric can run into it not really affecting it.

Yet again, this is Pixel Gun Physics. Where armor gives you extra health and you can jump on top of rockets and not die
 
Nonsense, if I may say. It's mobility is high, and should match with its lethality. If mobility was low, I could maybe see it taking 3 hits to kill TOPS. But 4??! Just ridiculous.
EUREKA! I did an experiment and found out not even the prototype kills the thing in one hit. Conclusion: Two headed creep is a tough nut to crush
