Synch Purchase - Currency Removal

Wonderful game! It's one of the best I've ever played, and the clean flow makes it really worthwhile to play. However, I made a fifteen dollar purchase on coins and gems a few days ago, but experienced some trouble with inviting a friend from Facebook to play. I thought uninstalling and reinstalling/restarting my phone would help. I lost all my EXP progress to the next level, all my currency, my clan, my skin, etc. I synched data. It only gave me back my weapons and level. EXP still gone. Coins and gems still gone. Skin still gone. Clan still gone.

I'm not much for whining. But I made a purchase, and I lost it, despite synching data and restoring purchases. I don't even care about the EXP, clan, records, skin, or any of that. I don't even care about my unspent coins! Those can be earned back with hard work and time. Honestly, I just want the 93 gems I didn't use yet back. I will provide purchase information, as I still have it from the Google Playstore if I must provide proof. I still have the two receipts containing my purchase information. Please provide assistance, as this would really ruin the game for me otherwise. I have already sent multiple e-mails and a Google Play review and have continued to be ignored. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

A-Ah... You too? I'm sorry to hear that. I was pretty upset, since I saw this was a pretty common occurrence, based on the reviews on the Play Store.

In regards to the Facebook bug, it would only say 'You have already authorized Pixel Gun 3D'. That's it. It wouldn't let me view any friends.

A little tip...don't buy gems or coins when there is not a 30% sale..the sales start every Friday at 12:00-1:00 P.m. And they give a 30% sale for all weapons,skins,accessories,and 60% for armor and every purchase on currency gives you 3 times as much as normal sooo on sale 90 gems is only about 3 dollars(btw I'm on IOS so I have never had this bug)so I would just earn your gems back By leveling up. Good luck ;)

Ha, that's exactly what I did. I got 300 gems for the price of 100. I don't think I need to worry about that anymore though, considering my... Situation. I absolutely refuse to make any more purchases until this bug or glitch, or whatever it is is fixed and completely resolved. It's not cool to have something like this and not do anything about it.

Ha, that's exactly what I did. I got 300 gems for the price of 100. I don't think I need to worry about that anymore though, considering my... Situation. I absolutely refuse to make any more purchases until this bug or glitch, or whatever it is is fixed and completely resolved. It's not cool to have something like this and not do anything about it.

An update is pending so this should be fixed(or not)but anyway on there Facebook page they have what appears to be a new level for the campaign so that means an update.
