I don't think Qwerty is a hacker. They do have sales every weekend for coins and gems(also on guns and stuff).
But still, thats like $66. I dont think anyone would use so much money in game, especially if you know that there will be even more op guns in future, and you have to spend even more money buying those... Ugh, welcome to pay to win games...

Lol. No matter how much you grind in game, you cant get a single gem because theres no way of getting them. Plus, theres nothing wrong with hacking imo, because all those gems cost so much anyways.
