Tornado Spell

This is the book spell (similar that of Thunder Spell, Frost Beam Spell, and Fireball Spell) but has a tornado at the book spell cover. When area damage occurs, then the tornado forms into a slightly large tornado and then drag those who try to dodge this splash damage and upon being sucked in the tornado, they will land harder (10x speed) and then suffer the damage.
