UP PROTOTYPE OR GET IMPULSE SNIPER RIFLE?

On general stats and efficiency (Murder a group quicky), impulse all the way, but if you have really good aim and love the shooting through wall feature then grab a prototype upgrade (Snipe one at a time, instant death)

I guess you can get the impulse, since it's a great weapon in my opinion. The prototype UP2 can kill RAPs in one headshot, however, so it's your call.
