Every week, there should be challenges for clans. The clan members must work together to complete the objectives to get rewards. The rewards depends on how well the clan peforms. There can be multiple challenges in the same week.
So for example, the challenge objective is to win matches. Each clan member's wins will be submitted to the challenge. There will be different medals for the total number of wins the clan has after the week. For bronze medal, every clan member will get 5 gems. For silver, they get 10 gems. For gold, they get 15 gems. So lets say to get bronze, the total wins after the week have to be 10, for silver, its 20, for gold, its 30.
These challenges allows players to play pixel gun every day without getting bored, because they have a goal to achieve, instead of just getting useless coins and xp that you cant even use. This can be (and will be) also another method to get gems (higher rewards makes people play harder, so this would be useless if the reward is only coins and some xp).
Some challenge objectives are:
Win x games
Get x kills
Win x campaign levels
Score x in survival
Score x points in games
And yeah, this can also encourage players to play survival and campaign again as they may have to do those to complete their challenges.
