What to buy?...

I've been saving gems for awhile and I was wondering what guns you think would be the best for me to buy. I can't play until the next update anyway (assuming it fixes my game), so I would like to get some input in the meantime. I am level 22 (only a few exp away from level 23) and have 170 coins and 451 gems to spend. My current load out is
Dual Uzi up1
Shotgun Pistol
Chainsaw
Acid Cannon
Electro Blast Rifle
Bass Cannon
Open to switching out all of them except the Shotgun pistol (which is the real OG :grinning:) (Chainsaw I want to switch out the most) Tell me your load out and recommend what I should get. Also, should I wait until level 24, 27? (I think those are the levels I unlock new weapons) Post your load outs here and thx in advance for any help I receive.
 
I currently use the secret forces rifle, dual hawks/exterminator,chainsaw sword/dark force saber/storm hammer, solar ray rifle, laser crossbow (love that thing, my favorite sniper rifle) and solar power cannon/toy bomber. However the best free2play loadout in my opinion would be icicle minigun/marksman, dark star(or shotgun pistol), storm hammer, trapper, dater hater(psr got nerfed, sadly) and toy bomber.
 
K thanks, I have played around with some of those weapons on other account ;) I actually like a lot of those you mentioned, just don't know if Im patient enough to wait to unlock those. I'm also interested in trying the laser crossbow, never used it but yeah it seems good.
 
Try the "Bastion" weapon since you have tons of gems you could afford almost every weapon you will buy.
 
I would also recommend you to only buy stuff with gems when there is a sale. The marksman costs 109 gems for the up 2, but with a sale it costs only 75. And the laser crossbow is surely awesome, however I wouldnt recommend you to buy it until you have good weapons in the other categories.

I have used the bastion in my other account, I can certainly see how powerful it is, I just have never been much good with it. However I will keep trying it out hopefully I can get better ;)

Noted. Does anyone know when the next sale will be or how often they are?
