The SWAT Rifle is good, I prefer the steady rate of the AK.

just get the c laser cannon, its somewhat better than the peacemaker, although its ammo is horrible.

Depends on your playstyle.
I'm a sniper type, thus, I use scoped weapons, in this case, the hellraiser. The hellraiser is quite good against Ruby Armored Players. Good Rate of Fire that balances with the ammo capacity. I always use this gun when my prototype is all drued up

Neither of them will get you anywhere since the damage and hit detection is horrible on both
If you want a good primary that you can rely on get the Assault machinegun it's accurate, not as powerful as other primaries but will kill faster
