Yes, I agree with Theope on Hitman Cape. If you're like those people with fully maxed Ruby armor, purchase the Hitman Cape; because it restores armor, plus double damage for your secondary.
 
I agree hitman cape is better although it really depends on what kind of armour u are using.
 
Hit man cape for general purpose. It also beefs up your armor over your base armor points as well.

But I think sniper cape with the extra headshot damage might be worth considering, which I usually do a lot of.
Seems potentially very useful for quick 3 player deadly games, where there's hardly time to restore armor.

Anyone know the % increase of headshot damage with sniper cape?

I couldn't see any difference at all using the cape. it takes like one less headshot to kill a person with a Best Friend
