Why are "No kill" and Dating servers still around?

Since the addition of Sandbox move, I'd have thought that the number of NK servers would decrease, but there hasn't been a significant change, can you guys think why?

They probably want to date and occasionally shoot a few people for fun.

That doesn't make sense to me, as they also make "No Kill" servers

Think about it like this:

The Sandbox weapons are cool and stuff but they cost gems. Other weapons can be used as replacements like the Bass Cannon for the Mr. Deejay. But can you use these weapons in Sandbox? No. Also, there are more available maps in non-sandbox modes. The End.
