Yes hackers and exploiters are different. The kids may not be smart enough but they are smart enough to search how to hack the game.

I know that it can one-shot DAP, but yes, no such weapon can one-shot RAP.

No if u headshot a maxed Ruby armored player in the head it will .1.Shot.KILLL them :3 tested multiple times on moi and in multiplayer while moving around on jetpacks. You need a maxed out PSR-3 if u want to 1 shot kill tho.. Sigh.. But not a problems for me as I spent like 1000 bucks on this game on the 3x sale... Which means .. Im ****ing rich >.<

Fully ruby armored people with prototype or anti gravity blaster and other OP weapons, thats very annoying cause you dont have any chance agaisnt them even if you have a nice aiming skills.
