Will I lose my friends if reinstall and sync data?

I am going to reinstall my pixel gun 3d but I don't want to lose all my friends but I thought if I sync data, I'll get them back. Is it safe?

im going to reinstall too but im scared i will lose my progress. (if you want to know why im gona install a apk) and if it dosent work i dont want my progress to be lost so how reliable is the sinc data?
