In survival or time survival the zombies stop then telaport and and the game slows down and it controls itself like when I want to go forward it stop and goes the way I went (back) is this a bug or a lag its making me mad (and sad cause I'm the only high rank on my team and made my team lose).

It's definitely lag. You might want to get a good connection while playing multiplayer, or you'll be a sitting duck.
