Well, the update is pretty okay. I thought version 7.0.0 was better, but this one, meh. It doesn't really balance out pros and cons that well. I think Rilisoft is more into Quake, for some reason. Why? Because the Prototype is more of a Quake 4 Railgun. Both are scoped, and both act very identical. And even funnier, the Freezer Ray gun thingy mabob is like a Scoped Quake 3 Arena Lightning gun! WHY!!!! Dat thing is OP like the Quake 3 Arena Lightning Gun!
I also observed that the models for weapons slightly changed, as they get me kinda fixated. I was also surprised that they added Tracer projectiles, like in Brutal Doom and Quake 3 Arena. There are a few things that I would like Rilisoft to add to this, but still, it's fun.
Now onto the Pro's and Con's:
Pros:
-weapon models are looking better
-new upgrades (even those that feel unneccesary)
-new weapons
-making a custom skin does not cost 45 coins anymore
-some stuff remind me of Bulletstorm (especially the steam-like weapons)
-the new plasma weapon is very good (compared to the gravity gun)
-new survival arenas
Cons:
-WHY THE F*** would they even reduce the amount of stuff you get in Survival! Before it was every 1000 points you get or 10000, you get one coin (it hasn't even changed). Before I could get 10 coins for getting 10,000 points. Now it just gives me 2.
-Controls are crap as h***
-They need to make the grenades more like the ones from my Derp Edition of Brutal Doom. Where the time of you holding down the grenade button affects the speed of the grenade.
-It takes too F***ING Long to even join one server (it's really fast to join a server in 7.0.0)
-You even have to delete the app and reinstall it to get the update
-Some survival maps don't even give out coins every time you complete a round (specifically the atlantis map)
Aside from that, it's an okay app. The number one thing I hate is how people are noobs and don't understand fast paced gaming, where you see someone, and you get killed instantly. Like Quake Deathmatch. Even worse, the dating sites (DUNDUNDUN!!!)
But I do recommend some stuff, like:
-kicking
-the ability to use fists
-the option for having ragdolls in the game
-kinda slightly merge the mob amputation mod for minecraft with this (kinda like the last idea, but hey)
-better animations for everything (especially running, and zooming in with your gun)
-fix all of the stuff in the CONs area
-more overpowered weapons (seriously, I want to go Quake Pro on those Pixel Gun 3D noobs and daters)

EDIT: Holy crap. Machineguns with the projectiles makes multiplayer lag. Please make an option for tracer projectiles, Rilisoft. I want to turn them off, rather than just have them on.
