Banned from multiplayer?

I'm a guy that has many problems with the game and now it's just terrible. I believe I have been banned from multiplayer for no reason. I have never cheated in the game at all. Whenever I try to join any form of multi player, it takes me to the reconnect screen over and over even though I have perfect connection. I am extremely outraged. If anyone could help me out, I would appreciate it. Thank you! :smile:
 
Well, if you were truly banned for some odd reason, then I'd assume you'd be notified in-game. Then again, the Reporting system is still quite new and I assume could have been a victim of Wrongful Reporting. Nonetheless, let's be optimistic here.
I'll be honest and probably say that you're going through a minor problem with the app. Now, you can either go to http://pixelgun3d.com and/or http://rilisoft.com/contact-us.html and report your device and dilemma directly to Rilisoft so they try to fix it in the next update or try reinstalling your app. Preferably, you should sign in to Pixel Gun with a Google+ account so you can sync your progress so you don't have to run the risk of having issues later on.
But just to be safe, wait a day before attempting to fix your problem so other members can send their possible solutions to you.
 
Maybe Pixel Gun is taking a longer time than usual to recognize you are connected. This happens to me too sometimes. Try playing Deadly Games. When this happened to me, it only affected Cooperative but I could still play Deadly Games.

I tried deadly games already, didn't work.
 
So I know we already spoke about it earlier today but I will give you some solutions for ya again.

First: listen you can try reinstalling the game and try again but beware! All of your progress will be gone but not the campaigne progress, it will stay the same. I understand that you worked hard but umm don't choose this solution for ya then.
Second: you can go to rilisoft page and send them a message about your problem, but if you were lucky, they would listen to you. But I doubt that since they are millions of pg3d gamers so yeah...
Third: you could wait for a new update... but that will take like 2 months so if you are patient..........

Btw did you contact them? How did it go?
 
I tried backing up my files by copying them, but it failed, however I did keep my coins and regained some of my weapons. I'll most likely end up hacking coins in, which to me seems fair because I truly believe I was banned because of false reports.

Try backing up most files, leave out the multiplayer stats. Might work.
 
The same thing seems to be happening to me, but only over the last few days, although I can connect to a server easily, I have to keep "reconnecting to the server" my connection is perfect, and I have already checked it to see if there was any problems with it, but every time I have to "reconnect" I am able to reconnect easily, only for the game to "reconnect" me again.

Basically if you're using 4th-gen iPod or lower, iPad 1, iPhone 4 or lower, you will experience bugs because your device cannot handle the game anymore. Thus, you may become ineligible to play Pixel Gun anymore.

If you are using an iPod 5th-gen or higher, iPad 2 or higher, or iPhone 4S or higher, then the problem may just be the update. As Chaotix already suggested, send a complaint to Rilisoft via their website links above and they will hopefully get back to you.
 
I run pixel gun 3D on my IPod touch 5th-gen so it's not like my device is out of date.
In that case it must be the new update, as it seems to be the only logical explanation.
I will try and send a complaint as soon as I can, thanks for the help by the way.
 
I already re installed, losing my data, but I kept my coins and I'm off to a good start. thanks guys for your support.

It would be the change of time in the settings area.
 
Possible new bug ???? Like every update has a bug like the taking forever to load bug and friend list bug people data getting deleted for no reason and etc
