Does leveling up decrease weapon damage?

I used to be able to one hit people with a Railgun, but ever since I leveled up to 32, I can't one hit anymore, not even on a headshot. And I know it wasn't armor because I can't one hit anyone no matter what armor they have. Before, I could one hit Adamant armored players. Now I can't even one hit silver armored players.

I’ve noticed the same thing, very frustrating. I’ve been looking for what the power rating on the weapons actually mean. No hard numbers to work with, “tremendously” terrible

It may of been because the person you were shooting with the railgun had low armor or health, it depends on what level it is but I can gurrantee that the damage does not go down.
