Eggs never hatch always at 11:59 time left

I have the latest update.
Egg timer always at 11:59 hours left to hatch, even after waiting more than 12 hours, meaning that I never get any eggs anymore. This has happened since the update. It has been going on for days since I cannot find the solution.

Please help .

I've had this exact problem, but I've found a way to fix it, although I'm not sure if it works for different devices.

I'm sure you know where Date/Time is in settings? Change the time 12 hours from now (or longer), load the game, and hopefully the egg should be hatched. Set the date/time back to original, collect the egg and the issue should be fixed: It will no longer reset back to 12 hours, hope this helps! Please let me know the outcome.

Thank you! I never knew that eggs go by device time. I always thought it was by server time. This helped! I did the trick, checked back a minute later by opening the game and the timer kept going to where it left off. Good stuff.
