"Hey there! Many of you are sending letters to our informational support and using social networks to ask us why we update Android version of Pixel Gun 3D regularly, but the iOs version rather seldom. The thing is that Google Play or Amazon allows to remove errors promptly and to upload everything that we improved immediately to the store. And in order to upload it to App Store you have to wait forthe the reviewers’ decision. This may take as long as a week before the update appears in the store. That means that in iOs the price for our mistake is very high. We cannot let it happen that’s why we are going to upload a version for iOs as soon as we are a hundred percent positive about it. The latest version will offer a wide range of new functions and awesome content, it is going to be released as early as in a few weeks.
But we didn’t forget about the iOs audience. On the contrary, we test iPhone and iPad versions day in and day out, so that at the time of the release everything will work perfectly.

It's about dang time they say something about this, so the main reason is not rilisoft.... It's APPLE!!?!???!?!???

Glad to hear Rilisoft finally went public and talked to their iOS crowd. I've been waiting for an explanation.

I guess that makes sense though. Android becomes the testing OS for the game's updates, and when they've perfected it, they ship out the update to iOS, it gets reviewed over 2 weeks, and if the reviewer likes it, he approves it to the App Store. So I guess in a way, the iOS devices get a more polished update, with a long wait, whereas Android basically gets to "beta test" the update, with little to no waiting between update times.
