Flower Power 75% Off???

I was just checking out iOSPlanet's latest video on YouTube, and at the very end, his special offers screen had the Flower Power at 25 coins, which is 75% off the regular price. I didn't know about this, partly because I haven't been on PG3D in a while (long story short, the iPad mini took a PSR to the face and shattered the screen), and besides, I already got the Flower Power, just for the fun of it. Just a question out there to the lower levelled people, who would actually get a Flower Power at that price, and would it actually be effective in more beginner battles?
 
As much as I dislike the Flower Power, 25 coins is an unbeatable bargain. In beginners matches where most players don't have third-tier weapons, you would have an edge.
 
Pretty much the stats are the same as
Pixel Gun

Verdict:Flower Power is crap if you compare it to anything in the back-up section and due to its area damage status it can not inflict headshots, making this the most crappiest and mildly expensive weapon ingame

Actually based on research I have done, the flower power outmatched the pixel gun in terms of fire power and effectiveness.
Flower power takes three hits to kill someone and has a medium area damage.
Pixel gun takes 5 head shots and is very hard to aim.

So it is an absolute bargain owo

Personal preference, I guess. I find the Flower Power's "time to travel" very annoying.
And hard to aim? It's pretty easy to score headshots with for me. @.@"
