Anyways, as I said, albeit eight months ago, we are not associated with Rilisoft. If you need help with the game, ask Rilisoft, not us. But you should try reinstalling the game, but keep in mind that it deletes most of your progress.

Mine also has stopped at 16 percent, even after restarting, deleting, reinstalling, and I swear, EVERY OTHER METHOD OUT THERE! I just want to play on my kindle fire again, plz help.

I happen to have the same exact problem. My best advice is to just keep restarting the device until it works. It may take a VERY long time, but that is what has worked for me.
