iOS - Unable to play at all (8.0.0)

Hello. Recently there was a new update. So i updated it but then I opened the game, after showing 'Rilisoft',
It will just show a black screen ( no loading screen ) can anyone give me a solution to how to play this game again?
 
I get the same thing!! I really hope this gets fixed. I also realllllly don't want to lose my guns and progress...
 
Dang! Even on IOS it's not working?!

Il add it to the known bugs list.
I have a 5c without the new apple update but with the new pixel gun 3d update and mostly everything is fine for me. I'm compiling a list of every known bug for this update so it'll be no time at all until all systems are go and all devices can play :smile: thanks for reporting this at least. It's another thing that needs tweaking. Hopefully the patch will come soon

I thought we had enough answers to these threads, but allow me to state the solution:

To fix the Black Screen of Death (aka, BLSoD), you need to delete Pixel Gun 3D, and reinstall. However, it is highly recommended to have "Documents & Data" turned on in the iCloud settings within the Settings app. Doing this will remove all custom skins (and image-hacked cape, if you made one), however it is currently the only fix we know of for this error.

. Hi. My son plays on the iPad mini and we installed the update as well. Now we have the black screen of death. He is at level 13 and has purchased all the guns but one with the guns being loaded. Spent a lot of money on coins to upgrade this game. If we delete the game and reinstall will everything come back?

I believe everything except for the skins that you've made should come back. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Why spend REAL money on this game. Back in 7.0, you could get even more coins if you played survival. FOR FREE!

Besides the stuff you'd get in game:

-the community great
-love of the game
-servers cost money
-the devs put hard work into a game like this
-to see the continued existence of a multiplayer.

These are all good reasons to pay money for this game.

Thanks. I dont mind my skins much. So... Okay! I'll give it a try!

It worked! I am using iOs8 and My settings for iCloud are set to save data so I did not have any problems with the advice given to me. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. He is back to the same level he had and has all his purchased guns etc. he never made any skins. Thanks again. I have a happy boy again.
