iOS update 7.1.0 problem

Hi, my ipad shows one update pending - pixel gun 3d. Normally in the available update list, the game is listed with an 'update' or 'open' button. Neither is showing. I have restarted the ipad, logged out and back into my itunes account, ensured there is plenty memory, etc - all the usual update fixers, but it won't work.

Any ideas would be much appreciated
 
I'd recommend searching up the Pixel Gun 3D app in the App Store. If it shows an update in the App Store, tap the update. If not, then it's a common bug with iOS 7.1 (or really any version). The bug with the App Store is that it forgets you've already updated an app, so it keeps the notification active. I had it happen to me once before, and I found it went away after several weeks.
 
You should just try waiting, because recently I deleted pixel gun and redownloaded but it took me around 6 hours to get it downloaded again.
 
Thanks for replies, the problem is the game hasn't actually updated, it's still the old version. The update list says it was updated days ago, but the update/open button is missing and the red circle shows on the App Store icon ( meaning it is waiting to be updated) So weird!
 
So it's a good thing I didn't update to IOS 7.10. If you can de-update [somehow] try to do that, as I have no problem with the game normally

The only way to possibly downgrade would involve using Cydia. Otherwise, you're outta luck.
