Mailbox Bug.

I've been getting this really annoying glitch involving the mailbox. After I've hit "ADD" ingame, I go to check my mail box to see if it sent, and it's blank. The incoming section also is blank if someone adds me. This bug has been bothering the heck out of me. I'm on an Android device; Samsung Galaxy S4. I hope somebody can help. Thanks!

I'm going to add I have the latest update for android. I had this glitch even before the update came out. Rillisoft needs to attend to things like this at a faster rate.
