Need Answers for a Problem

So i was on my brother account to see what he has and i realized that his guns were diffrent prices than mine, For example the dragon whistle costs 190 gems for me and for him it costs 65. Also most things that he needs coins to buy it costs me gems and no they arent upgrades. Please help me all feedback is appreciated this isnt fair
 
Hmmm... could be a mod, hack or cheat code. Or he just has something up in his sleeves. This is the first complex problem I have encountered so far. Android IOS or Amazon? Or Windows?
