Hello this is Alaa ( ingame username EpikStar123 ) last 2 days I contacted Pixel gun world and they said to come to this forums and I tried calling your office and it also didn't work the problem is I bought a pile of gems which is like 48 gems and the big bug is that there was a x3 thing that makes the gems 144 gems in this event or sale thing I didn't revive 144 gems I received 48 gems which is a big bug atleast I need a refund or like the rest of the gems I had 71 gems before I bought them and when I bought it I got 48 and I had a total of 119 gems I need the other gems please I just wasted my money and I like this game so much so help me . Contact me I also put some pictures to prove I bought the pile of gems down below

Reporting to the police about a $5 failed transaction seems a bit overboard. Thats like If i called the police because my $5 subway sandwich didn't have tomato on it. I would contact Rilisoft and see what they have to say.

I just had this exact thing happen to me. I've submitted a support ticket and hopefully the developers help me out.

I went on the pixelgun website and clicked the email feedback button. Hopefully they reply and help us out. If not I'll be pretty disappointed in the developers.

Sorry pal it's no use. You could submit 1000 support tickets on their website and you wouldn't receive a single response. Rilisoft already got your money, they don't care if you got the proper amount of gems or not. It sucks but that's the way it is I guess.
