Resetting my Stats?

I recently got to level 20, after a long time of playing the game, but I've gotten bored in my current state. I want to reset my stats on the game (coins, level, guns, ect) but it just doesn't seem to work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and logged out of Gamecenter after removing all info for the game from it. But my efforts lead to failure: I still have all my stats and guns and stuff. Is there a possible way (besides formatting my iPhone) to get rid of my stats? I'd like it very much if somebody could come up with a solution.

I do not use iCloud. I'm in the middle of restoring my phone, however. There isn't much that I had on it, so I decided that it'd be a lot easier to reset with that. Plus I did some reading online and on the forums and I learned that it may be the only way to reset my stats right now anyway
