Sniping hack?

This whole week I was playing on a normal TDM and some girl joined (first encounter, Sunday). After that she kept killing with the PSR so I went to take her out. I was strafing and when she shot she was completely missing but I got killed anyways. I later hid to see if she was lagging or not. Sure enough she wasn't and another one of my teammates fell to the horrid PSR. I ignored her and went to a different match and didn't have the problem. Next day BOOM RKO'ed from some guy who is straight up HORRIBLE at aiming (Monday, second encounter). Any clue if this is a possible hack? Or a new one? Please help I can't take it anymore with being 1 shot RKO'ed.

I wouldn't say it's a hack just yet, since lag might cause this (I lagged once too and ended up with getting extreme amount of points, and ending up being called a hacker :tongueout:). However, I once encountered a retarded sniping hacker, which basicly uses the PSR, but it shoots out like a shotgun, with extreme aimbot shots, killing everyone on my team. EVERY. TIME. THAT'S what I call hacks
 
It's just a system REALLY lagging up so badly that you can't even hit a enemy with a shovel or type of guns, it's just a system.

My aim is better then that, I usually throw a prediction of movement to top off the kill without doing anything.
