Welcome welcome, my fellow players, wastelanders, or whatever you guys want to be, i am making this random thread just for, well, perhaps discuss about the AAPs...
Ye see, the AAPs "population" has been increasing from time to time, and well, for the people who doesn't use armor, that can be a problem, and can be a even bigger problem when fighting against the Storm Hammer players.
So i made this thread so we could help each other, by posting here your opinions and the best ways to kill these players in a tactical way, or better. Any way besides charging at them with a average weapon.
TIP NUMBER 1: ATTACK THEM FROM A SAFE DISTANCE
This is perhaps one of the most useful tactics about these kind of players, if you do have any strong weapon, such as E. Hunter UP1, Solar Cannon, Prototype or any weapon that can 1 hit kill them or kill them in 2 shots, if you are, for example, in school map, it's recommended for you to take out your best weapon, considering the Storm Hammer players can move quite fast, you need to be trigger happy and shoot with a good accuracy, always aiming for the head. So in school maps, if you go around a corner and see them running towards you, take out your best gun and keep a safe distance.
Also, this other tactic is quite funny: go the other way around. If you spot a Storm Hammer on school maps (where they mostly are) grab your fastest weapon which you can run with it, and try to go the other way around as fast as you can and attack them from behind.
TIP NUMBER 2: USE ROCKET JUMP
Now this tactic is very useful on open maps, such as Paradise resort. If you have the 0x_BadCode#, this can be quite easy, if you spot a Storm Hammer running towards you, such as on the ground, simply keep distance, rocket jump yourself all the way up and while going down, gun him down with your greatest firepower, and some seconds before hitting the ground, shoot yourself up again until you kill him or retreat to a safe spot.
TIP NUMBER 3: LISTEN TO A GREAT SONG
I know this help might sound odd (perhaps very strange). But listening to a epic theme, such as, well, i'll leave links below, can leave you more confident and make you more "agile" and "perceptive" when dealing with them. Anyways, here are the links.
