The Topic of Tsu liking PGW applications

So if anyone has noticed, Tsu, the forum admin, liked all of the applications filled out RIGHT. But then I see that Tsu has only liked the applications on the first page. So does that mean if Tsu likes your app, you're in, or is the app just approved?

Methinks that their staff was up fairly late last night (take timezone considerations into effect here), so I'm just guessing that Tsu hasn't gotten to view the new applications that were sent, since he stopped liking applications it seems by 9:00PM EST. And since Russia is 7 hours ahead, that means they were up until 4am last night viewing applications. That's pretty late for a job. Wouldn't shock me if they come back in around 5 o'clock tonight (which is about midnight). Basing it off this, their staff seems to have interest in performing forum duties late at night (assuming RiliSoft even has an overnight staff to do this).

As far as the effect of Tsu liking applications goes, it most likely means you've been approved, if not, you're a "Chu-in".
