Based off some screenshots, the user will have the clan name right under their username, showing they are already in a clan. However, if the Clan System is as bugged as the Android players say it is, then there's a good chance you don't see that either, until another bug fix anyway.

Well the clan system is bugged it gives you an infinite loading screen rarely the clan system comes on and other times u have to wait like thirty minutes or so thats why we are waiting for this bug to be fixed
