Update 9.0.4 shop freeze

As you may know version 9.0.4 has come out and there are a lot new features in the game. But there is a bug I have. Every time I press the shop button in the main menu, it freezes and when I deleted the app and installed it again I took the tutorial and got to the part where you have to buy stuff. I press the button and it freezes and when I was in a game I pressed the shop and it took me straight to a shop to buy coins and gems with real money so I don't know what to do! Please give me a solution or help me on how to solve it.

It's happen with android devices, but not sure if all platform.
This bug is very common and sometimes can be very annoying.

Well it's iOS and it's the iPhone 6 plus

But like I said I'm not able to play since December 14,2014 the day the update came out on iOS.

Try to go to pixelgun3d.com and click the mail icon to send it to Rilisoft.

Please let me know if you fix this problem and how to! I tried everything. Every time I go into the shop I cannot view any weapons, armor, etc! Nothing will work in the shop! HELP. I spend way 2 much money on this game. Havent been able to get shop to work since update in December. I emailed Rili the other day- ill let you know if I learn the fix.
