Weapons Customization?

Abilities?
Grenade launcher - instead of throwing grenades, you shoot them out that explode on contact.
Bayonet - enemy will be damaged if they touch it.
Silencer - decreases range but increase damage at close range.
Grip - decreases spread.
Laser - increases accuracy.
Thermal scope - Adds the ability to see players through walls. Cannot be ysed with prototype or any wall breaking weapons. Decreases damage.
You would also have the ability to remove these from weapons ex: removing the silencer on the SWAT rifle.

Silencer will be useless, unless if RiliSoft adds radar (which will never happen), and Firestorm is a grenade launcher.
 
Actually, i have an idea to solve the cost issues. Instead of the attatchments costing coins/gems, you have to unlock these attatchments by 'leveling up' guns. Since theres the points system now, you will unlock more attatchments by getting points using that weapon. So the more you use your weapon, the more attatchments you unlock. And maybe add rewards for unlocking attatchments? Like everytime you level up a gun, you get 5 gems. This can encourage people to use other guns and buy other guns instead of just the best one, because they can get rewards by leveling up each gun.

Really nice idea, though I'm guessing that you would still have to pay some amount to be able to use the attachment, otherwise someone could unlock everything for free.

Nahh the weapon itself already cost so much. You are supposed to gain rewards by leveling up guns, not to spend even more money on the gun. Nobody would use a worse gun if they cant get and rewards by using it (by leveling up). And those gems are the reason i cant but 50% of the guns in the shop. The reason why i suggested that idea in the first place is to avoid attatchments costing gems.

I wasn't suggesting that gems be used to purchase upgrades, not until there is some way to earn at least a few of them.

Yeah right like rilisoft would make them cost coins... Lets just avoid the whole 'price' thing.
