What gun should I buy?

What is better?(your opinion)

It depends what you are going to use it for. If you have to choose between those two weapons, I would choose the dragon breath since it doesn't require any additional upgrades after purchase and also because the PSR is a far more useful Special weapon than the freeze ray rifle.
 
If you're going for a weapon with better mobility and capacity, you'd best go for the Dragon Breath. It's great for an all-around weapon that allows for use without taking up your Special Weapons slot.

However, if you prefer to fight long-range and want a weapon with slightly better damage, go for the Freeze Ray Rifle (if you're going to upgrade it to UP1, that is). Unfortunately, it's best if you have a weapon such as the Anti-Gravity Blaster or similar weapon in your Premium slot for making space between you and other players since you will be running out of ammo sooner and have less mobility.
 
Go for the freeze ray rifle, dragons breath has been nerfed in this last updates and freeze ray rifle has more damage and scope, movility is not such a problem if you wear my cape or crown.
Also dragons breath do cost more gems than freeze ray rifle 210 of dragons breath against the 100 of freeze ray rifle. Of course freeze ray it cost coins too, but coins are achievable in this game gems not allways, so if you purchase freeze ray rifle you can upgrade guns as hellraiser and also boots(if you purchase in discount weekends)too. Whereas purchasing dragons breath you are only willing to purchase one more item.

Also you can purchase killer mushroom hellraiser and freeze ray rifle and buy my cape and ninja tabi instead so it wont cost gems for you, and you will have a full upgrade version of a back up weapon too or instead of buying hellraiser you could purchase agb.

Well when I bought the dragons breath and freeze ray rifle they cost coins and I was level 26
 
if you are a long range sniper then get the freeze ray man, its got a scope , better for long range but if you're really pro at aiming cause its not a 1 hit kill then dragons breath
