Because if you have the best hard drive, and systems that makes this game even better quality graphic than consoles.

Yeah, like Heavy said, it's because of the graphical capabilities that occur and are much more beautiful to look at than on console gaming. Plus, console gaming has a limited palette as far as some game genres go when you get down to it. PC has full reign on just about any genre you can think of, regardless if the game is a triple-A title or a cheap indie game.
